Release Notes: Perimeter Web App, Version 1.1

The Perimeter team is constantly working to enhance our application based on customer feedback and any identified bugs in the application. On October 22, 2024 the latest production version of the Perimeter Platform Web App (app.perimetermap.com) will be available for users. This version includes both new features and bug fixes:

• New population estimate feature, which will dynamically display the approximate total population within a polygon on the Perimeter app. 
• New search feature to search location via GPS coordinates, using the WGS84 coordinate system. 
• Improved “add data” screen, with an added option to add a point to the map by searching for an exact street address or GPS coordinates. 
• Improved map options menu. 
• Improved team management menu, and real-time updates on team invite status. 
• General bug fixes and improvements. 

Perimeter has also completed development of an integration with Everbridge that will enable users to share polygons directly from Perimeter into the Everbridge application.
