Perimeter founder Bailey Farren highlighted in Petaluma newspaper

The Argus Courier published an article last week featuring Perimeter co-founder and CEO Bailey Farren and her efforts to bring real-time communication technology to fire safety.
The article detailed Farren’s personal connection to fire prevention — both of her parents were first responders and her father, Dan Farren, is a retired fire captain for the Petaluma Fire Department — and how her experience evacuating from fires in Northern California helped inspire her to found Perimeter. The Argus Courier is a local paper serving the city of Petaluma, California.

A learning experience: 3 takeaways from our at-home internship

With roughly 40% of Americans now working from home, workplace conditions have changed drastically in recent months. These changes took place alongside the start of many summer internship programs, forcing many companies, including Perimeter, to experiment with new workflows.
Following the conclusion of our summer program on August 28, Perimeter’s interns have provided some insight into this new experience: what worked well, what could use some improvement, and some key takeaways for other employers while they adapt to online work settings as the pandemic continues.
