Release Notes: Perimeter Mobile App, Version 26.4.1

We are constantly working to enhance our applications based on customer feedback and user experience. On Wednesday April 15, 2026, we’ll be releasing an update to the Perimeter Mobile App to deploy security updates and implement UI/UX improvements.

Administrators: If your agency employs managed devices please ensure that Perimeter is updated in the App library and users are encouraged to update the Application on their devices.

The following enhancements have been brought to the mobile app:

• Login Security Update

  • We’ve updated our login security to meet the latest compliance requirements. This change happens in the background and will not affect your login process.

• NOAA/NIFC Card UI Improvements

  • Weather and fire information cards have been updated to match the look and feel of the web application.

• Overlapping Features Navigation

  • Improved support for overlapping or intersecting map features on mobile, consistent with the web application.
