Release Notes: Perimeter Mobile App, Version 26.9.1

We are constantly working to enhance our applications based on customer feedback and user experience. An Internal Web update was released on Wednesday September 9th, 2026. The accompanying Mobile App Update v26.9.1 will be deployed on Monday September 21, 2026.

This update introduces several improvements designed to make creating and managing map data easier, while improving the overall application experience and performance.

Below is a list of the key updates included in this release:

• Radius Zones Editor – Create and edit radius zones directly within Perimeter, providing greater flexibility when defining affected areas based on a radius.

• AI Powered Text Generation – Generate text content with the assistance of AI, making it easier and faster to create clear and consistent information.

• Zone ID – Perimeter now supports an additional “ID” field for pre-planned zones. Consistent with previous versions, “Title” will be visible to the public on perimetermap.com, and “ID” will be viewable internally.

• Redesigned Data Filtering Experience – A redesigned filtering interface makes it easier to find and manage relevant map data.

• Improved Zone Loading Performance – Improvements to zone loading provide a faster and more responsive experience when working with map data.

Administrators: If your agency employs managed devices, please ensure that Perimeter is updated in the App library. Users are encouraged to update the Application on their devices.
