Release Notes: Perimeter Public Web App Update

The Perimeter team is constantly working to enhance our application(s) based on customer feedback and user experience. We will be deploying updates to user experience & location services for the Public Web App (perimetermap.com) on Wednesday, May 21st. This will not require an update. 

Proximity Filter

The “Recent Updates” list on the public web app now filters to show updates within the area currently visible on the user’s screen. Instead of seeing updates from across the country, public users will now see only the information that’s relevant to their local area.

• As the user zooms out to a larger area of the map, additional updates will appear as they become visible on the user’s screen.
• The filter is on by default, but you can toggle it off at any time allowing you to see all recent updates. 

We will continue to support the County Specific Links that we have previously provided following this update.
