The Perimeter team is constantly working to enhance our applications based on customer feedback and user experience. On Wednesday January 8, 2026, we’ll be releasing the following update to the Perimeter Public Web App.
NOAA Weather Alerts
We have added real-time NOAA Weather Alerts to the Perimeter Map as a new visual data layer for the public. To reduce clutter and keep the map focused on essential operational information, Perimeter displays only high-severity alerts that pose a direct threat to life or property.
The layer is enabled by default and can be turned on or off in Map Options.
