Perimeter CEO Bailey Farren, one of 10 founders accepted from over 100 applicants, will present this week at the 2020 ONE WORLD Virtual Impact Summit.
The summit, scheduled for Thursday, April 30, connects social entrepreneurs and investors to create solutions to issues like climate change, sustainable energy, healthcare, and education. Due to risks posed by the COVID-19 virus, the usually in-person summit will be held exclusively online this year.
Various speakers with experience in social impact investment will lead round-table discussions and breakout sessions throughout the event, with insights for both investors and startup leaders. Founders will also have the opportunity to pitch for the assembled investors, after which the judges will advance a smaller set of founders to a second pitch round.
ONE WORLD is based in Silicon Valley and supports social impact organizations with training and resources, as well as capital investments through the ONE WORLD Impact Fund. This week’s event is still open for registration online.
